Privacy Policy

Last Updated August 2025

This website follows the rules set by Data Protection Legislation to protect the privacy of both users and ad posters. The Personal Data and other private data we collect are kept in the strictest confidence.

The people who run the website carefully follow the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions. This keeps your information safe.

Keep in mind, though, that the Offeror User you're talking to through their website information is usually made public by them. The website company is not in charge of that information or how the ad poster presents it. People who are Offeror Users are now in charge of their own info in this case. When this kind of information gets into the wrong hands, the company is not responsible or in charge of it.

This privacy policy (subsequently the "Privacy Policy") may be changed, added to, or updated from time to time, taking into account any changes to the law or actions taken by the relevant Data Protection Authority. People who need to know about major changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be told about them by changing the link to the Privacy Policy at the bottom of the site or as needed by law.

1. What Personal Information Do We Need

Personal data, or a word that is legally similar, is any information that can be used to identify a person. The following types of personal information about you that you freely give to the company may be used by it in its business activities (the term "Personal Data" refers to all of these types of information taken together):

  • Contact Details: Information about your first and last name, phone number, email address, and ID;

  • Payment Data: Information about the things you've bought;

  • Other Personal Data: Information about your gender, age, photo(s), and any other information you give the site on its own while you're viewing it;

  • Special Categories of Personal Data: Details that might have to do with your sexuality and way of life;

  • Use of the Website: IP address, User Agent software, and information gathered from cookies (for more information, see our Cookie Policy).

Aggregated data, like social or economic data, is also something we collect, use, and share. This is not Personal Data because it doesn't directly or indirectly show who you are. For instance, we might collect usage data from different users and figure out what percentage of users access a specific site feature. This way, we can look for general trends in how users are using our site to make it better and offer better services.

2. How Do We Collect Your Personal Information

When the company gets your Personal Data and uses it, these things happen:

  • If you visit the site and look around it.

  • If you sign up for the site, you can use all of its features.

  • It doesn't matter if you post an ad on the site or respond to one.

  • When responding to requests for help.

  • When making sure the minimum age is met.

Before giving out personal data on someone else's behalf, you need to make sure they've read this privacy policy and have given their permission. We need you to keep your Personal Data correct and let us know if anything changes. Please keep in mind that if you use a User of the site's contact information to get in touch with that User, we will not be responsible for any processing that User does. The User you contact will be the independent data controller.

3. What Do We Do With Your Personal Information

Personal Data is processed for the reasons listed below, which are allowed by the Data Protection Legislation:

  • Management of operations and only for reasons related to viewing, browsing, and registration on the site: The Company may handle your Personal and Contact Data, Other Personal Data, and Site Usage Data so that you can access, view, and register with the Site, and so that they can provide help to users who ask for it.

The processing is legal because: Performance of a deal you are a part of or of pre-contractual actions taken at your request or because the law says so.

Giving your Personal Data for this reason is required so that the Company can reply to your requests; if you don't, the requests will not be processed.

  • Publication of ads and possible responses to them: The Company may use your Contact information, especially your email address, to let you post an ad or respond to one.

You have to give the Company your Personal Data for this reason; if you don't, they won't be able to let you post or respond to an ad.

The company may also use your picture and certain types of personal information for the same reason in order to post or respond to an ad.

There is a legal reason for processing: you give your permission. You will be asked for permission to process both your photo and your Special categories of personal data.

If you don't give permission, that won't stop you from posting or responding to an ad. You can change your mind at any time by calling us at Contact Us.

  • Age Verification: The Company may use outside service providers to process your personal information and contact information and check that you are at least the minimum age required. This can be done automatically through a service provided by an outside provider, or by hand if automatic verification is not possible.

For this reason, the Company may also process Special Categories of data, such as fingerprint data, to make sure that the minimum age standards are met.

The processing is legal because: Agreement. Such permission can be given for the processing of Special Categories of data, such as biological data, as well as Personal Data and Contact Information.

You are not required to give this information; however, if you do not, you will not be able to use some parts of the site, like putting an ad. You can change your mind at any time by calling us at Contact Us.

  • Orders placed on the website are filled, and actions linked to managing orders are carried out: To handle your order, the company may use your Contact and Payment information.

The law behind the processes is: full compliance with the terms of a deal and all legal duties related to it, as required by law.

We need you to give us this information in order to process your order; if you don't, we won't be able to.

  • Marketing to meet your needs or let you know about sales: The Company may use your Personal Data for marketing and advertising, to let you know about sales through automated contact methods (email, SMS, and other mass communication tools, etc.) and traditional contact methods (e.g., by phone), or for market and statistical research, as long as you give us your permission and follow the terms of that permission.

The law behind the processes is: The permission is not required. If you don't give permission, there will be no legal penalties.

You can change your mind at any time by calling us at Contact Us.

  • To make the service better: the company may use your contact information to study the market and collect data in order to make the service better and make customers happier.

Processing is legal because it is in the company's legitimate interest to check and improve its services, or because the law says so.

You have to give your Personal Data for this reason; if you don't, the Company won't be able to do market and data study to make its services better.

You can, however, always say no to having your Contact information used for the above reason. You can change your mind at any time by calling us at Contact Us.

  • Stand up for a right in court, administrative, or extrajudicial procedures, as well as in disagreements that come up because of the services provided: The Company may use your Personal Data to protect its rights, take action, or even make a claim against you or someone else.

The law behind the processes is: The company has a good reason to protect its rights in court or as required by law.

For reasons that are specific to your case, you have the right to object at any time to the Controller's handling of your personal data for its own legitimate interests.

Giving the Company your Personal Data for this reason is required; failing to do so will make it impossible for the Company to protect its rights.

You have to give your Personal Data for this reason; if you don't, the Company won't be able to protect its rights.

  • For reasons related to duties set by laws, rules, and European legislation, by provisions or calls for officials allowed to do so by law and/or by oversight and control bodies: The Company may process your Personal Data to do what the Judicial Authorities and/or Supervisory Authorities ask or to meet a law requirement.

Laws that allow processing: Duty under the law.

You have to give your Personal Data for this reason; if you don't, the Company won't be able to meet certain legal duties.

4. Steps We Take To Keep Your Data Safe

There are many security steps that the Company uses to better protect your Personal Data and keep it safe, secure, and easy to access.

Your Personal Data is kept on our secure servers (or on secure paper copies or other long-term keeping methods) or on the computers of our suppliers. It can only be viewed and used in ways that are allowed by our security policies and standards, or by the same standards for our suppliers.

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Data With Us

The Company will only keep your Personal Data for as long as it takes to complete the tasks for which they were received or for any other related, legal reason.

So, if Personal Data is processed for two different reasons, we will keep it until the longer-lasting reason for processing ends. After that, we will no longer process Personal Data for the reason for which the retention period has ended.

Your Personal Data is only available to people who need to see it in order to do their jobs.

You can be sure that your Personal Data will be safely removed or made anonymous when it is no longer needed or when there is no longer a valid reason to keep it.

The following lists the lengths of time that information must be kept for the different reasons listed below:

  1. Reasons that are only tied to viewing and exploring the site, such as registering to use the site and asking for help: Personal Data that is being used for this reason will be kept by the Company for as long as it takes to give you access to the site and no longer than two years after your last visit. 4. Orders placed on the website are filled, and actions linked to order handling are done: Anyone whose personal information is processed to meet a contractual duty may keep it for as long as the contract lasts and for at least 10 years after the contract ends.

  5. Marketing to meet your wants or let you know about sales: The company will keep the personal information it collects for this reason for two years from the date it was collected, unless you have already told them not to and given your permission.

  6. To make the service better, market and data research: When personal data is used for this reason, the company will keep it for two years after it is collected.

  7. You can use your personal information to defend your rights in court, administrative, or extrajudicial processes, as well as in issues that come up because of the services you offer. The company will only keep your data for as long as it takes to complete that goal.

  8. For reasons related to duties set by laws, rules, and legislation, by provisions or calls for powers allowed to do so by law and/or by oversight and control bodies: Personal Data that is being used for these reasons will only be kept by the Company for as long as it takes to do those things.

6. Do We Share Your Data With Someone

Your Personal Data can be viewed by employees who are authorised to do so and by outside companies that help with the provision of services and are named as data processors. This includes all IT companies that help with the provision of the Website's services, such as those that handle payments for orders placed on the Website and those that provide age verification services, among others. Please get in touch with us at this email address: Get in touch with us if you'd like to see a list of the companies and people we share info with.

7. Do We Share Your Data to Other Nations or Organisations

For the purposes of processing, your Personal Data may be sent to a country other than your own. In this case, the Company will protect your Personal Data in a way that is legal and in line with Article 46 of the GDPR (if relevant). You have the right to know about the right protections that have been put in place for the transfer of Personal Data, as well as how to get a copy of that Personal Data or find out where it can be found.

8. Your Rights For The Use Of Your Personal Data And To File A Complaint Against It

It's your right to:

  • Ask for proof that personal data about you exists or does not exist, get access to your personal data, and get a copy of it ("subject access request");

  • To get incorrect personal data that we process fixed or to finish missing personal data, you have the right to correction.

  • You have the right to withdraw your permission to processing at any time if the processing is based on your consent. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that happened before you cancel your consent (Right to revoke consent).

  • Make a complaint about how your personal information is being handled. Any complaint like this should be sent to our Grievance Office at Contact Us. They will take care of it within the time limit set by law.

  • To use the rights listed above, send a request to the following address: Contact Us.

It is free to use these rights, and there are no official limits on them. If you use any of these rights, the Company will have to check that you are allowed to use them and usually get back to you within a month.

9. Complaint

There are several ways to file a complaint if you think that the way your Personal Data is being processed is against the law. You can first talk to the Grievance Officer we've assigned, or if that doesn't help, you can take your case to the Adjudicating Officer appointed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 or the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) (https://www.meity.gov.in/) or go to court. To begin with, though, please call our Grievance Officer at Contact Us so that we can try to solve your problems before you go to the right authority or go to court.
